As the year of training for my first marathon comes to a close, I wonder what's next? I embarked upon this journey with a simple mission, train for and run a marathon. Then I would be done. Right?
Wrong. Too late. I have fallen in love with running.
Thinking about the activities I love the most, running... traveling to new places... I realize, they go perfectly together. Once I accomplish my goal of running my first marathon, I should turn my efforts to running in new places.
Why not? What a perfect excuse to travel!
Please join me in 2010, after I am officially a "marathoner," as I travel, and run, the United States and the World.
I have running shoes. I will travel.
